ORAL SURGERY

ORAL SURGERY

Oral surgery takes place when other methods of treatment are no longer viable or the patient’s condition warrants more in-depth attention. These can range from removing wisdom teeth to more complex procedures, like those involving jaw-related problems.

ORAL SURGERY SERVICES

Painless Extractions

Removal of one or more teeth typically takes place because of crowding in the mouth particularly due to wisdom teeth, disease and decay, and in some cases, a broken tooth. Fisher Pointe Dental offers same-day services, with local anesthesia designed to keep you as pain-free and relaxed as possible during the procedure. IV sedation may also be offered if a patient’s needs require it.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

If your wisdom teeth are causing problems, then it’s time to get them removed. Wisdom teeth are the last set of teeth to develop in young adults, and in most cases, require removal since the jaw doesn’t provide enough room for their growth and sustainment.

IV Sedation Option to Make You Feel More Comfortable

The idea of surgery can be daunting, and it often gives patients anxiety. At Fisher Pointe Dental, we want to take the worry out of your decision to have oral surgery. We offer conscious IV sedation, administered by an on-site nurse anesthetist, to help you relax and block pain resulting from a dental procedure, or due to medical necessity.
